Job summary

Britvic, in partnership with Carlsberg brands, is seeking a Technical Services Representative to install, service and repair beverage equipment across Manchester customer sites. You will deliver excellent service, perform maintenance, and provide guidance on optimal operation.

The role requires a hands-on approach, good problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with a vehicle provided for business use. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Experience with drink dispense equipment desirable; training will be provided.
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, diagnose and repair soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at customer sites across Manchester.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring first-time fix where possible.
• Educate customers on equipment operation, basic fault finding and food hygiene best practices.
• Provide technical advice and support to maximise equipment uptime and performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation.
• Manage van stock, tools and spare parts to ensure readiness for customer visits.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing an excellent service experience.
