Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Technical Services Representative to be a brand ambassador, installing, maintaining and repairing our soft drinks equipment at customer sites across Central London and the M25 corridor. You’ll deliver a first-class service, share tips on product serving and ensure every visit meets our customers’ expectations.

The role offers a 42-hour week (Mon-Fri) on a 4-week rota, with one weekend in four and two bank holidays per year.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high‑quality customer service in a field role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to use IT systems to complete service reports and manage workload.
• Willingness to work independently and on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, diagnose and repair soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at customer sites across Central London (M25 corridor).
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, aiming for first-time fix where possible.
• Educate customers on equipment operation, basic fault finding and food hygiene practices.
• Provide technical advice to maximise uptime and performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Manage van stock, tools and spare parts for customer visits.
• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service.
