Job summary

Innserve is seeking a full-time, field-based Maintenance Technician to install, maintain and repair drinks dispense equipment at locations around your home postcode. You will be paid door-to-door, from leaving home to returning, and act as the customer-facing ambassador for Innserve.

The ideal candidate has practical field service engineering experience, is able to work independently, and holds a valid UK driving licence. Beer dispense experience is helpful, but full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical or engineering role.
• Experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience in mechanical or electrical installations/maintenance, fault finding, plumbing or diagnostics.
• Ability to work with tools and enjoy solving technical issues.
• Determination to succeed and deliver excellence in customer experience.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair drinks dispense equipment at locations planned around your home postcode.
• Support customers with training, guidance and high levels of service on site.
• Serve as the ambassador for Innserve, delivering reliable, practical engineering support.
