Job summary

Substantial Group, delivering broadband solutions in Preston, Lancashire, is looking for a Field Sales Executive. You’ll be out in the community, door-to-door, helping residents switch to broadband you can bank on and building your own sales pipeline to convert conversations into customers.

You must have a full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. The role offers a basic salary of £25,000 per year with uncapped commission (OTE £50K), plus £250/month car allowance, £50 phone

£250 a month car allowance + business travel paid

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
