Job summary

YouFibre is hiring a Field Sales Executive in Bolton. You will work in the community, talking to residents, driving sign-ups for broadband and building your own sales pipeline. You will manage time, meet targets, and earn through a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

With flexible hours and the chance to influence your income, you can shape your own career trajectory while representing a fast-growing broadband provider. A valid UK driving license and access to a car are essential.

Qualifications

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• Solid sales experience, ideally in a face-to-face role, and ability to engage people.
• Friendly, confident and able to build rapport in the field.
• Smart time management with a proactive, self-starting approach.

Responsibilities

• Out and about door-to-door, speaking to residents to switch to broadband.

Field Sales Executive

Location: Bolton

Hours: Flexible hours, full and part time available

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

£250 a month car allowance + business travel paid

You must have a UK Driving License and access to a car for this role

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:
