Job summary

YouFibre is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Bury, Greater Manchester. You will be out in the community, speaking with residents to switch to broadband you can trust, while managing your own pipeline and driving toward targets. The role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and a base salary from £25,000 per year.

Field Sales Executive

Location: Bury, Greater Manchester

Hours: Flexible hours, full and part time available

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

£250 a month car allowance + business travel paid

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
