Job summary

YouFibre is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Bedford to drive doorstep conversations and convert interest into customers. You will manage your own pipeline, work toward ambitious targets and build strong local relationships on a full‑time basis.

The role offers a base salary of £25,000–£28,000 with uncapped commission (OTE around £50K) and a £250 monthly car allowance, plus a comprehensive benefits package and career progression in a fast‑growing broadband provider.

Qualifications

• Solid sales experience, ideally in a face‑to‑face role.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by hitting targets and able to engage people to get the yes.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking to residents and help them switch to YouFibre broadband.
• Manage your own pipeline and turn conversations into customers.
• Drive performance and consistently hit and exceed targets.
• Build relationships within the local community and internally.

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face‑to‑face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
