Job summary

YouFibre Limited in Folkestone is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive new business for our broadband solutions. You will be out in the field, talking to residents, building your own pipeline and turning conversations into customers.

The role offers a basic salary of £25,000–£28,000 with uncapped commission (OTE £50K) and a £250 monthly car allowance. Full-time, 37.5 hours, driving license required and own car.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in face-to-face roles.
• Full, clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
• Able to work independently, manage time and hit targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking with residents to switch to YouFibre broadband.
• Manage own pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Hit and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Build relationships within the local community and internally.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
