Job summary

YouFibre Limited in Carlisle is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive door-to-door conversions and build lasting customer relationships. You will manage your own pipeline, aim for targets, and represent a fast-growing broadband provider known for competitive offers.

The role requires a full UK driving license and access to a car, with a base salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £50,000) and a £250 monthly car allowance. This is a full-time, field-based position in Carlisle.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
