Job summary

GuardPass Limited is seeking a professional Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of the venue’s clients and staff. You will be the first line of defence, monitoring for suspicious behaviour and resolving conflicts appropriately.

The role requires an SIA Door Supervisor licence, First Aid at Work, and the right to work in the UK. You will work as part of a team, maintain a safe environment, and handle crowd management and emergency responses.

Qualifications

Job Purpose

The primary role of a Door Supervisor is to ensure the safety and security of the venue's clients and employees.

Job Overview

This is a critical position as you will be the company's first line of defence against any potential threat to both the employees and visitors. You will always be on the lookout for suspicious behaviour and activity, dealing with any conflict in an appropriate manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Control entry and exit route
• Screen and search visitors
• Ensure visitor is not under the age of 18 or in possession of any dangerous substances or things, such as drugs or weapons
• Check I.D of visitors and conduct bag checks
• Crowd control
• Supervisor customer arrivals
• Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue
• Prevent theft and any violence at the venue
• Respond to any emergency at the venue and deal with any conflict in an appropriate manner if required

Requirements

• A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor licence
• First Aid at work certificate
