Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• De-escalate conflicts and resolve disputes in a calm and appropriate manner.
• Liaise with management, emergency services, and law enforcement when necessary.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including customer and staff areas.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related events.

• First Aid at Work Certificate (preferred).
