Job summary

South West Community Chaplaincy in London (Aldgate) is seeking a Supporter Care Executive to be the first point of contact for supporters by phone and email. You will process donations, update supporter records and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a hybrid role with minimum 2 days in the office.

The successful candidate will join a supportive team and gain experience in fundraising, supporter care and charity operations during a busy campaign period.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with supporters and the public on the phone.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage a high volume of enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
• Attention to detail with experience updating databases or supporter records accurately.
