Job summary

CBM UK Ltd is seeking a Supporter Relations Assistant to support the Supporter Relations team and Public Fundraising department. You will process donations, respond to enquiries, and maintain supporter records to reflect CBM UK's commitment to outstanding supporter care.

You will help supporters feel valued and connected to the impact of CBM's work, handling communications, data management, and ensuring GDPR-compliant processes across channels.

Qualifications

• Delivering a consistently high standard of supporter care
• Processing donations and supporter enquiries and administrative tasks accurately
• Maintaining high-quality supporter data and GDPR/data protection awareness

Responsibilities

• Process incoming donations by post and online, including telephone donations, ensuring accurate recording
• Send supporter acknowledgements and follow-up communications using templates or manual processes
• Maintain supporter records in the CRM, recording interactions and managing changes of address or preferences
• Adhere to internal procedures, financial controls and data protection requirements
• Respond to supporter enquiries by phone, email and post with professional, friendly service
• Produce personalised supporter communications using approved templates
• Handle feedback and complaints sensitively and escalate as needed
