Human Appeal is seeking a part-time role for engaging with donors and handling customer inquiries through telephone and email. This flexible position suits University and College students looking to earn while gaining experience. • Attending Live TV and Radio Appeals.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are met.
• Maximising donor retention.

• Maintaining call centre database by entering or updating information accurately
• Generating funding for Human Appeal through telephone donations
• Chasing pledges made by our donors during events
• Generating tickets sales for fundraising events
• Attending and helping out during Live TV and Radio Appeals
• Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are met
• Maximising donor retention

Schedule

This is a flexible, part‑time role so would ideally suit University and College students looking to earn and gain experience around their studies.
