Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Doncaster area. The role involves diagnosing faults on Costa Express equipment, performing repairs or replacements, and ensuring high-quality service for our partners.

You will be responsible for maintaining equipment across the Doncaster patch and delivering excellent customer support. Training is provided through City & Guilds Assured programmes and a dedicated academy.

Qualifications

• Agile worker with experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role.
• Efficient, proactive and able to keep equipment operating effectively.
• People person who stays calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults to repair or replace Costa Express equipment.
• Communicate issues, problems and solutions through escalation points.
• Deliver first-class customer service to partners.
