April Complete Care Solutions is a small business in Pencoed. Our goal is to deliver reliable, high‑quality, person‑centred healthcare and domiciliary services that fulfil our clients’ needs. We offer flexible working: choose contracted hours or zero hours and min/max hours per week, mornings/afternoons/evenings. For fairness to the whole team we ask for alternate weekends. Night work is optional and not obligatory. A minimum commitment of 15 hours a week is required.

We are currently looking for dedicated Care Assistants who can drive and are willing to work in the Bridgend area. You will need to be able to work full or part time within the hours of 7 am and 10 pm, including alternative weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all daily activities.
• Light housework duties.
• Support to prepare diet and fluids.
• Assisting with personal care.
• Administering medication.
• Supporting clients to maintain their independence.

Qualifications

We will provide update training and mentoring, support you to register with Social Care Wales, and help you complete your QCF Level 2 in health and social care if not already done.
