Norwa Care Solutions Ltd in Dereham is seeking a Domiciliary Care Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes and support with daily living tasks. Qualifications

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Ability to work in clients' homes or care settings with respect and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes or care settings
• Assist with daily living tasks including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Support with medication, hydration, and meal preparation in line with care plans
• Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Keep accurate care notes and report any concerns promptly
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and follow safeguarding procedures
