Job summary

Tamfol is seeking a dedicated Domiciliary Care Worker in Stafford (also serving surrounding areas) to help clients live independently at home with dignity and support. You’ll receive full induction training and ongoing guidance to feel confident from day one.

Your typical day includes companionship, personal care, medication prompts, meal prep and accompanying clients to appointments or shopping. A driving licence is required for travel between visits.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (Essential for moving between client homes).
• Right to work in the UK. Sponsorship opportunities may be available.
• An enhanced DBS check will be arranged with you.

Responsibilities

Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour + paid mileage

Shift Patterns Available

We believe in a healthy work-life balance and offer predictable shift patterns. We offer shifts 2-4hr shifts ranging from the working hours of 06.00-22.00 daily, providing a wide range of hours to pick up based on your availability.
