Job summary

Norwa Care Solutions Ltd is seeking Domiciliary Care Assistants to deliver person-centred support in clients' homes across Dereham and surrounding areas. You will work with a friendly team and receive training, induction, and ongoing development to grow in your role.

We offer a starting hourly rate from £12.50, a zero-hour contract, weekly holiday pay, pension contributions, and comprehensive induction to help you start confidently in a role that values dignity and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes or care settings.
• Assist with daily living tasks including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with medication, hydration, and meal preparation in line with care plans.
• Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Keep accurate care notes and report any concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and follow safeguarding procedures.
