Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd in Norwich is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals live as independently and safely as possible in their own homes and local communities.

We offer full or part‑time roles, shifts from 6am to 9pm, and company cars to travel between visits. Full training and induction are provided, with opportunities for both experienced carers and those new to care.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and patient approach.
• Flexible and reliable with a proactive attitude.
• Driving licence desirable but not essential; company cars available.
• Ability to support daily living tasks including personal care.
• Full, unrestricted UK Right to Work – no visa sponsorship.
• Ability to provide two references.

Role: Support Worker – Domiciliary Care

Location: Norwich

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Hours: Full or Part-Time

Shifts: Between 6AM – 9PM

Full training and induction provided, with opportunities for experienced and new to care!

We are looking for a Support Worker to help individuals live as independently, confidently and safely as possible within their own homes and local communities.

Company cars are available to support you in carrying out your role and travelling between visits.

If you do not drive, you will travel alongside a colleague to customers homes.

This is a varied and meaningful role where you will provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs, preferences and goals.

Full & Part-time roles are available.

Person specification:

• Caring, compassionate and patient approach
• Flexible and reliable, with a positive and proactive attitude
• Driving licence is desirable but not essential – company cars are available and non-drivers will travel with a colleague
• Ability to support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, where required
• Full, unrestricted UK Right to Work – please note there is no visa sponsorship available for this role
• Ability to provide name & contact details of two references
