Job summary

Norwa Care Solutions Ltd is hiring Support Workers in Norwich and surrounding areas. Full or part-time hours, with pay starting from £14.24 per hour including holiday pay. We value compassion and provide growth through a supportive office team.

We seek compassionate individuals with at least 6 months paid care experience in learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviour. A UK right to work is required; DBS is preferred and we can arrange if needed. Driving licence is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 6 months paid care experience in learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviour.
• DBS on update service preferred – we can arrange a DBS if required.
• Must have the right to work in the UK – we cannot offer sponsorship.
• Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential if happy to travel up to an hour.
• Practical Moving and Handling experience and willingness to complete a practical Moving and Handling course.
