Job summary

Cera Care in Bangor is seeking a proactive Care Coordinator to join our domiciliary team. You will schedule care visits, match carers to clients, and support staff while maintaining clear communication with families.

You will oversee care plans, assist onboarding, and ensure compliance with CQC standards. A driver with a vehicle is preferred and benefits include training, pension, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Previous domiciliary care coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Confident using scheduling and care management software.
• Calm under pressure with ability to manage priorities.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
• Compassionate and professional approach.
• Must be a driver with a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule care visits using care management systems.
• Match carers to service users based on skills and preferences.
• Handle rota planning, including sickness and emergency cover.
• Communicate with clients, families and care staff professionally.
• Ensure care plans are accurate and up to date.
• Support onboarding and training of care staff.
• Monitor compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
• Handle enquiries and concerns in a timely, empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Take part in On Call duties.
