Job summary

Cera is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our domiciliary care team in Gloucestershire. The role focuses on scheduling visits, supporting care staff, and maintaining clear communication with clients and families to ensure high-quality care at all times.

You will match carers to service users, manage rosters, and handle on-call duties while upholding CQC standards and company policies. A driver with a vehicle is required, with access to funded training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in domiciliary care coordination is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and people skills are required.
• Confident using scheduling and care management software.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
• Must be a driver with a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule care visits using care management systems.
• Match carers to service users based on skills and preferences.
• Handle rota planning, including sickness and emergency cover.
• Communicate with clients, families and care staff professionally.
• Ensure care plans are accurate and up to date.
• Support onboarding and training of care staff.
• Monitor compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
• Handle enquiries and concerns in a timely, empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Take part in On Call duties.
