Forest Care Selection is recruiting a Domiciliary Care Manager for the Hove-based service in the Brighton and Hove area. You will lead the service, oversee staff and ensure high-quality, person-centred care while aligning with the organisation’s growth plans.

You will work with the senior leadership team to shape the organisation's development, oversee registration and compliance, and drive recruitment and staff development in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Experience overseeing a large domiciliary care service and holding registration.
• A thorough understanding of CQC requirements for homecare.
• Excellent leadership and time management skills.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent leadership qualification.

Forest Care Selection is recruiting an established Domiciliary Care Manager for a unique, award-winning independent homecare provider serving Brighton and Hove. Based in Hove, you'll lead its existing service and play an integral part in the organisation's development.

Working directly with the senior leadership team, you'll help shape the organisation's development while overseeing the service and supporting the staff team.

Your role:

• Lead the service and strengthen monitoring to deliver the highest standards of personcentred care.
