Job summary

Forest Care Selection is recruiting an established Domiciliary Care Manager for its award-winning independent homecare provider serving Brighton and Hove. Based in Hove, you'll lead its existing service and play an integral part in the organisation's development.

Working directly with the senior leadership team, you'll help shape the organisation's development while overseeing the service and supporting the staff team.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing a large domiciliary care service with registration.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements for homecare.
• Excellent leadership and time management skills.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent leadership qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service and strengthen monitoring to deliver high standards of person-centred care.
• Support staff recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development.
• Build effective relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders.
• Support the senior leadership team's operational and strategic priorities.
