Job summary

Flow Recruitment is seeking a Domiciliary Care Manager for the Slough/Uxbridge area on behalf of a franchise of a reputable domiciliary care operator. You will oversee the delivery of compassionate, high-quality home care services and lead a team to meet CQC standards.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, IT and numeracy skills, and a valid driving licence with access to a car. A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and focus on delivering an outstanding service.
• Experience managing a domiciliary care setting with Good/Outstanding CQC ratings.
• Experience and confidence leading and managing a team, handling performance issues, and creating an inclusive culture.

Our client is a franchise of a reputable and established Domiciliary Care Operator. They currently have an exciting opportunity and are looking to recruit a Domiciliary Care Manager to join their growing and progressive team. This position is to cover the Slough/Uxbridge area.

The service aims to provide compassionate and personalised care to all its clients. As aRegistered Care Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the home care service. As a Registered Care Manager, you’ll champion quality care, foster professional relationships, and contribute to the well-being of both clients and staff.Your dedication will ensure that individuals and their families receive compassionate and effective support, enhancing their quality of life and independence.

Key Responsibility

To manage the delivery of care and support services across Slough and Uxbridge in line with all legislative requirements and ensure the service achieves a “Good” or “Outstanding” CQC rating.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required for the role:

• Ability to multitask & focus on developing an “Outstanding Service”

• Experience of managing a domiciliary care setting and achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” CQC rating in previous role(s),

• Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 5 or equivalent (Desirable but not Essential)

• Experience and confidence leading and managing a team, dealing with performance issues, building morale and creating an inclusive culture.

• Must be able to demonstrate IT, literacy and numeracy skills in the English language

• Must be have a valid driving license and access to a car
