Qualifications
- Gas safe qualifications essential for the role
- CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 required; HTR1 desirable
- G3 unvented hot water desirable
- Experience in MOD/public sector or social housing advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads
Responsibilities
- Service, repair and maintain domestic gas appliances and boilers
- Complete plumbing repairs and installations in occupied and void properties
- Carry out gas safety inspections and ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate job documentation and deliver excellent customer service
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure safe, efficient work
