Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to deliver servicing, breakdowns and repairs across our housing maintenance programmes. The role combines fieldwork in occupied homes with a focus on safety and quality, using PDA reporting to capture every job.

You will bring CCN1, CENWAT and related qualifications, a full UK driving licence, and a customer-focused approach as you support void properties and compliant gas systems across our UK housing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Domestic Gas Engineer in repairs, maintenance or voids.
• CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 qualifications required; G3 and LPG/ Oil/ ASHP desirable.
• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and reactive gas repairs, diagnosing and resolving faults.
• Maintain high first-time fix rate with quality and safety standards.
• Carry out gas safety checks and compliance inspections per regulations.
