Job summary

Example are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our permanent team, covering Basildon, Southend-On-Sea and surrounding areas. You’ll perform routine maintenance and servicing on electrical systems, trace faults, and repair to high standards while ensuring compliance with current regulations.

You will need 18th Edition and Level 3 NVQ, with proven experience completing EICRs in social or private housing. We offer a company van with fuel card, van stock, and generous holiday entitlements, plus

Your Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and servicing on electrical systems and appliances to the highest standard
• Trace, diagnose, and repair faults, ensuring all systems are safe and serviceable
• Report any non-compliant installations or appliances
• Replace electrical sockets, fittings, and consumer units
• Rewire domestic properties (both occupied and void homes)
• Ensure all work aligns with current regulations and company standards
