Magenta International is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our property maintenance and repairs division delivering essential services across Essex. You will work in occupied domestic properties, carrying out electrical maintenance, testing, inspection, repair and installation tasks safely and in line with current regulations.

Responsibilities include fault finding, servicing, completing risk assessments, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer service while working

Competenze

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations required.
• AM2 Qualification required.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing required.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Ability to pass a DBS check required.

Mansioni

• Carry out electrical installations, repairs, testing, and maintenance within domestic properties.
• Undertake planned and reactive electrical works to a high standard.
• Complete site-specific risk assessments and adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Inspect, diagnose, and rectify electrical faults and non-compliant installations.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a leading property maintenance and repairs contractor delivering essential services across Essex.

Working within occupied residential properties, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical maintenance, testing, inspection, repair, and installation works, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations, repairs, testing, and maintenance within domestic properties.
