Job summary

Example Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading social housing provider to recruit an Electrician for a permanent role in the Croydon area. You will perform routine maintenance and electrical servicing across domestic properties, including fault tracing and rewire work where required.

The role requires 18th Edition and Level 3 NVQ, with experience in EICRs within social or private housing. A van and fuel card are provided, along with other company benefits.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition qualification required.
• Level 3 NVQ completed or in scope.
• Proven experience completing EICRs in social/private housing settings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and servicing on electrical systems and appliances to the highest standard.
• Trace, diagnose, and repair faults, ensuring all systems are safe and serviceable.
• Report any non-compliant installations or appliances.
• Replace electrical sockets, fittings, and consumer units.
• Rewire domestic properties (both occupied and void homes).
• Ensure all work aligns with current regulations and company standards.
