We’re looking for a Domestic Cleaner to join our Sodexo team at Royal Stoke Hospital. In this vital role, you’ll help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your work will directly support health and wellbeing throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, wards, communal spaces, restrooms, and other hospital areas
• Strip and clean beds, collect used linen for processing
• Clean surfaces, including desks, ceilings, vents, blinds, and walls, to maintain a hygienic environment
• Perform daily tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, floor polishing, and replenishing supplies
• Empty waste bins and manage refuse in line with hospital protocols
• Promote and maintain a safe, healthy environment for all patients, staff, and visitors
