Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Housekeeper for Norton Lees Care Home in Sheffield. You will maintain a welcoming, clean environment across communal areas and resident rooms, ensuring safety and comfort for residents, visitors and colleagues.

This role offers a 24-hour contract with hourly pay of £12.72, emphasizing teamwork with the care team to uphold hygienic standards and a warm home atmosphere for residents.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment in communal areas that is clean, tidy and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues.
• Care for residents' rooms with dusting, polishing and vacuuming to a high standard while using appropriate safety signage.
• Collaborate with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Demonstrate kindness and connection with residents through small acts of care during daily tasks.

• Creating a welcoming environment keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues
