Agincare is seeking a Head Housekeeper at Norton Lees Care Home in Sheffield. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensure spotless communal areas, and maintain high hygiene standards to support a welcoming residence for residents and visitors.

What we’re looking for

About The Role

• Creating a welcoming environment – keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues
• Leading the housekeeping team
• Room care with pride – dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents’ rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage
• Working together – collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Making a difference through kindness – sharing a smile, a conversation, or a moment of connection with residents as you go about your day
