Job summary

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company (UK) in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator – Documentation to join our Export Customer Service Team. You will ensure all documentation is processed efficiently, accurately and in line with KPI targets, while supporting both internal and external customers.

You will manage workloads, resolve queries within deadlines, build strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive team environment through proactive service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service at a logistics or shipping company.
