Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Document Scanning Shift Supervisor in Corby to manage a 6am to 2pm shift. You will supervise the day-to-day operational service provision for an assigned team, ensuring cost-effective customer satisfaction while upholding Iron Mountain policies.

The role oversees the mailroom operations, including mail receipt, threat checking, scanning, quality checks, and record handling, with emphasis on people management and process excellence.
