Job summary

Willmott Dixon's Interiors division is seeking a skilled Information Controller / Document Controller for a 12-month maternity cover contract, based at The Old Bailey in Central London. You will manage all project documents, ensure accurate records, secure storage and quick access for the project team.

You will collaborate with Design Managers, consultants and suppliers to maintain compliant document management across the full project lifecycle, with a focus on effective communication and data

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Document Control within construction.
• Experience with Viewpoint for Projects (4 Projects) and Procore mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of CDE/EDMS and information management across the lifecycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and coordination of information delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain document control processes for each project.
• Track document status and provide regular progress updates and reports.
• Ensure ISO19650 compliance and align with policies and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Design Managers, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Facilitate information sharing and timely document exchanges across the team.
• Audit and review document control processes to ensure efficiency.
