Job summary

Recco is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Essex team, supporting multiple live projects and managing project information systems. You will set up documentation protocols, configure Viewpoint For Projects, manage workflows, and maintain review and approval processes.

The role requires strong experience with Viewpoint For Projects, solid understanding of construction documentation, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Document Controller on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of document management workflows and controls.
• Experience configuring Viewpoint For Projects and related systems.
• Ability to work accurately in fast-paced, team-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project documentation protocols
• Configure and maintain Viewpoint For Projects (VFP) workspaces
• Establish and manage document workflows and approval processes
• Control, track, and distribute project documentation
• Monitor document progress and chase outstanding actions
• Provide document control support to project teams
• Deliver training and support to internal and external users
• Assist with project setup on systems such as FieldView and Deltek PIM
