Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Document Controller to support project teams across site and office environments in the Midlands. You will manage drawings, RFIs, and documents using ACC and other platforms, ensuring accurate uploading, tracking and maintenance.

The role offers a hybrid split between Derby/Birmingham sites with opportunities for progression, training, and a bonus scheme. A proactive, well-organised candidate with strong communication will thrive in this growing

Qualifications

• Experience using a document control system (e.g. Autodesk, A-Site, 4Projects, Dalux).
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident working both on site and in office environments.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Proactive and eager to develop within the role.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining project documentation across multiple sites.
• Uploading and tracking drawings, RFIs, and project files.
• Supporting site managers and project teams with document control systems.
• Working with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and similar platforms.
• Splitting time between site locations and office support in Derby/Birmingham.
• Ensuring compliance with document control processes and standards.
