Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB) is seeking a Document Controller to support project delivery around Bournemouth, Poole and South Dorset, ensuring accurate documentation, robust filing structures and compliant information sharing.

Role involves coordinating with project teams, training staff on the BMS and SharePoint systems, and helping enhance the documentation framework across our water and environment projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Educated to Btech/ONC/HNC/HND level, or relevant vocational qualifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and publication of documentation, as well as coordinating the storage, organisation and sharing of information.
• Work collaboratively with the projects teams and asset integrators.
• Support and train staff on the MMB Business Management System (BMS) document control and United Utilities Sharepoint system.
• Contribute to improving the Framework Management Plan, Digital Plan and the BMS.
• Set up project filing structures in Microsoft SharePoint and establish incoming and outgoing documentation processes; monitor and support the project teams to comply with the processes.
