Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee schemes around Bournemouth, Poole and South Dorset. You will lead site managers, ensure programme delivery, and maintain client satisfaction across projects such as flood defence upgrades and water treatment works.

The role requires civil engineering knowledge, NEC contract familiarity, strong leadership, and a willingness to travel to sites within the region. A driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS are required.
• HNC or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Understand civil engineering principles and practices.
• Knowledge of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities
