HMH is seeking a Document Controller to join the Quality Assurance team. You will support databook preparation, documentation management, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and compile databooks, work packs, certificates, and supporting documentation in line with procedures, contracts, and specifications.
  • Coordinate customer and third-party reviews of databooks.
  • Retrieve historical manufacturing records, databooks, and quality documentation from archives.
  • Provide vendors with documentation and material certificates for databook compilation.
  • Obtain reports for outsourced operations supporting manufacturing and servicing activities.
  • Verify material traceability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Review API 16AR Repair Specification Levels (RSLs) and report findings to Engineering.
  • Support customer requests for historical manufacturing and quality records.
  • Liaise with vendor quality teams to ensure timely databook completion and approval.
  • Maintain approved databooks and quality certification records, ensuring documents are released and linked in the document management system.
  • Provide documentation status updates to stakeholders.
  • Review product specifications to determine documentation requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve documentation issues to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Identify documentation risks and promote standardized working practices.
  • Maintain electronic records, including material certificates and inspection reports.
  • Support non-conformance investigations with quality documentation and product history.
  • Comply with HSSE requirements.

Job Summary

As part of HMH’s Quality Assurance team, you will support quality activities for new-build, overhaul, and repair products. The role focuses on databook preparation and control, material traceability, regulatory and customer compliance, vendor coordination, documentation management, customer support, and adherence to HMH HSSE standards.

Job Responsibilities
