Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited in Central London is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join a successful commercial fit-out division. You will ensure the filing system is kept up to date, handle EDMs systems, and oversee multiple schemes from site-based locations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience as a Document Controller for contractors or developers, with a proactive, highly organised approach and comfort working across several schemes on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date filing system and EDMs records.
• Utilise Acconex or similar EDMs system for document control.
• Oversee up to four schemes, site-based five days a week.
• Support site teams across multiple schemes and ensure document quality.
