ScottishPower is seeking three Document Controllers to join the Quality Team in Blantyre. The role supports major transmission projects by ensuring governance and control of project documents from inception to handover.

You’ll manage digital workflows, maintain documentation, and coordinate information exchange with project teams, contractors and suppliers. A strong eye for quality and detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control within a complex engineering/construction environment.
• Knowledge of quality standards and project documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with document retrieval, audits and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital document workflows in DMS across projects.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, revisions and approvals.
• Ensure documents comply with quality standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate information exchange between teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct document audits to ensure data integrity.
