ScottishPower is seeking three Document Controllers to join the Quality Team in Blantyre. The role supports major transmission projects by ensuring governance and control of project documents from inception to handover.
You’ll manage digital workflows, maintain documentation, and coordinate information exchange with project teams, contractors and suppliers. A strong eye for quality and detail is essential.
Location: Aspect House, Blantyre
Salary: from £34,040 with strong benefits package and excellent career progression
Permanent | Full Time
Working Pattern: 37 hour week, with flexibility around start and finish times (for example 7:30am - 3:30pm or 8am - 4pm), plus a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

To support this growth, we're looking for Document Controller s to join our Quality Team based in Blantyre.
This is a specialist, technical document control role supporting major transmission infrastructure projects across our portfolio. Working alongside Project Managers, Engineers, Quality professionals and external delivery partners, you'll be responsible for ensuring the integrity, governance and control of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting into the Quality Team, you'll provide document control support across a range of transmission projects, ensuring documentation is managed, maintained and controlled in accordance with business processes, quality standards and project requirements.
We're looking for someone who understands the importance of document control within a complex engineering and construction environment, where the accurate management, governance and flow of project information is critical to successful project delivery.
