Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction, ideally design & build or fit-out.
• Familiar with common document management platforms (Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite, etc.).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing and issuing project documentation via document control systems.
• Maintaining drawing registers and ensuring correct version control.
• Coordinating information between design teams, consultants, and site.
• Supporting project teams with admin and document-related tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and project deadlines.
