Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Document Controller to support project teams in Dungeness. You will manage document control procedures, ensure contractual requirements are met, and drive improvements to information management systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating with designers and engineers, maintaining metadata for audits, and supporting the approval and distribution of documents across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Document Controller in construction or similar industries.
• Familiar with document control software and procedures.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure understanding of document control procedures.
• Identify contractual document control requirements and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and improve information management processes (ISO 9001).
• Manage document storage (SharePoint, BIM 360) for easy access and traceability.
• Issue document numbers and perform quality checks on incoming documents.
