Aureos are seeking a Document Controller to support with our projects in Dungeness. You will manage controlled documents, ensure compliance with procedures, and train project teams on document control systems.

The role requires experience as a Document Controller, proficiency with SharePoint and BIM 360 platforms, and excellent organisational skills to handle multiple projects. On-site parking and health benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Document Controller in a similar industry.
• Familiar with document control software.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with project teams to ensure understanding of document control and procedures.
• Identify contractual requirements related to document control.
• Maintain and improve document control procedures and systems.
• Maintain the Information Management Plan to meet ISO 9001 requirements.
• Manage systems (SharePoint, BIM 360) for accessible documentation.
• Quality check incoming documents and metadata for audit.
