Stride Treglown in Bath is seeking a proactive Document Controller to join our collaborative design team. You’ll maintain accurate document control, support workflows, and ensure information is well-organised, up-to-date and easily accessible across projects.
This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working, ongoing training, and a supportive culture that develops your data and information management skills.
Looking to build a career in Document and Information Management? We're a people-first business that believes development happens through experience, support and collaboration. You'll be joining a friendly team where you'll have opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues, build valuable technical and professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects from day one.
We're looking for an organised, detail-focused and proactive Document Controller to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career, or looking to develop existing administration experience, within a creative and collaborative design environment. As a Document Controller, you'll play an important role in supporting our project and business teams by ensuring information is accurate, well-organised and easily accessible. You'll help maintain the quality of our data and documentation, enabling teams to work efficiently and deliver exceptional projects. You'll have a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn and a passion for keeping things organised.
You'll be someone who enjoys working with information, systems and processes and takes pride in getting the details right.
If you're naturally organised, enjoy working with systems and information, and are looking for a role where you can learn, develop and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you. No previous Data Controller experience is required - we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) although some flexibility could be possible. We're flexible in how we work, but as this role supports project teams across the business with weekly deadlines, you'll need to be available to work on Fridays.
Stride Treglown is a Disability Confident Committed Employer and is committed to inclusive recruitment practices. We will provide a fully accessible recruitment process and offer an interview to disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the role.
