Job summary

Randstad Cpe London is recruiting an experienced Document Control Manager to lead information management across a major infrastructure programme. You will manage 5 to 6 direct reports and oversee the control, distribution and exchange of project information between contractors, HS2 teams and client-side stakeholders.

The role stresses strong ISO 19650 knowledge, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration within rail/infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience of ISO 19650.
• Experience managing Document Control or Information Management within construction or major projects.
• Demonstrable experience line managing and developing Document Controllers or Information Management professionals.
• Strong understanding of document control practices and project information management.
• Experience managing receipt, review, distribution and exchange of information between contractors and client-side teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Experience supporting engineering or delivery teams within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing information and stakeholders.
• Confident communication with contractors, engineers, PMs and senior stakeholders.

• Ensure the team effectively manages the flow of project information between contractors, HS2 teams and stakeholders.
